jidbaz will bear no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a game session due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Financial loss caused by third-party access to an account.
• Events beyond jidbaz's control (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters or cyber attacks.
• Issues relating to third-party services (payment processors, internet service providers).
• Personal financial loss resulting from gaming or betting decisions.

jidbaz reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information or failing identity verification.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Due to legal obligations.

Before an account is cancelled, the opportunity to withdraw verified funds will be provided, unless the account is part of an investigation.

The process for resolving any dispute between jidbaz and a member:
